Tickets are not refundable.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.

Visitors will not be allowed admission to this event without a valid ticket.

Visitors will not be allowed entry if under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

​

No food to be brought on-site. 

​

Admission is subject to search at the discretion of security and/or management.

​

Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult (over 18).

​

No dogs except assistance dogs.

​

No chairs.

​

No gazebos.

​

No bikes.

​

No illegal substances or ‘legal highs’.

​

No weapons.

​

No flaming torches or flares.​

​

No BBQs.

​

Visitors must comply with any legal requirements as defined by Scottish Law at the time of the event.

Groups of visitors or individuals acting in a threatening or aggressive manner may be asked to disperse, or ejected without a refund.

The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

All rides operate a height restriction for safety purposes. In some cases, a ride may be deemed unsuitable for a visitor due to the restraints or locking mechanisms. The operator’s decision is final in all such decisions.

 

Anyone breaching the terms of entry may be refused entry to, or ejected from Galactic Carnival without a refund.
